These terms govern your use of the chhindwaralabs.in website. By using the site you accept them. Work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal, not by this page — where the two differ, that agreement wins for that project.
2. What this site is
An informational website describing Chhindwara Labs, the products we build, and the services we offer. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or professional advice for your particular situation. A price, timeline or scope becomes binding only when we put it in writing for your project and you accept it.
3. Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. We may decline any enquiry. Please do not send confidential material through the contact form — tell us it is confidential first, and we will agree a sensible way to exchange it, including signing an NDA if you want one.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, code, logo and name of this site belong to Chhindwara Labs, except where content is credited to someone else. You may read, share and link to these pages freely. You may not copy the site wholesale, present our words as your own, or use our name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse or are associated with you.
Product names mentioned here — DharmaMitra, School Connect and any others — belong to us. Third-party names and technologies we mention belong to their respective owners.
5. Accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and current, particularly the status of our products, but we make no guarantee that everything is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
